Keeping It Fresh: Spinach Salad Featuring Rubbermaid FreshWorks

Until recently I was always throwing away produce that had gone bad, until I discovered Rubbermaid® FreshWorks™ Food Storage containers. I also stored blueberries for over a week inside a small FreshWorks container before preparing them for one of my favorite Spinach Salad Recipes.

To make this fresh Spinach Salad you will need the following:

  • 5 cups spinach
  • 2/3 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2/3 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegarette

Add all ingredients in the order above into a medium sized serving bowl. Then toss, serve, and enjoy!
