Well we are officially in week two of the New Year and I still haven’t gone to the gym. I have however been making healthier meal choices and going to bed earlier which has attributed to me losing four pounds so far this year. 🙂 Hopefully I can kick my butt into gear and go to the gym soon. Unfortunately, Dallas doesn’t have many gyms that offer childcare in my area, so being a single parent; I will have to try to find time to go to the gym during my lunch breaks. I will keep you posted on how that goes. Until I can shed more of my holiday pounds I am going to continue to wear darker colors.
