McKenna’s 2018 Holiday Toy Wish List

Gift Ideas

This post is sponsored by Kohl’s. I was paid for this post and received the included toys as compensation.

Oh man, this year is flying by! I felt like I blinked and it was already November which means next month is Christmas! While I love the holidays, the preparation beforehand can be somewhat stressful. Since I like to stay ahead of the game by doing my Christmas shopping early, I wanted to put together McKenna’s 2018 Holiday Toy Wish List to help those who are not so prepared. The best part is, all of these toys are available at Kohl’s!

In addition to Christmas, McKenna’s birthday also falls in the month of December, December 17th to be exact. When I asked her if she wanted to help me pick out toys from Kohl’s, of course, she said “YES!” We looked online to see what was available. We also took a trip to our local Kohl’s, because what kid doesn’t want to be able to look at and play with every toy in the store?! After what seemed like hours in the toy section, McKenna picked out her favorites, and also made recommendations on what we should purchase this holiday season for her cousins.

Kohls carries a lot of various toy brands, so for this post, I am going to feature five of our favorites, Melissa and Doug, Fisher-Price, Hot Wheels, Disney Princess, and LEGO. You are also able to buy online and pick up in store and redeem Kohl’s Cash from your purchases.

Like almost every other three-year-old girl, McKenna is Disney Princess-obsessed. She can name every Disney Princess, and their pets, evil stepmothers, princes, you name it. She loves watching Beauty & the Beast, both the cartoon version and the more recently released live version. When she saw the Disney Princess Light & Twist Wheelies Tower by Little People she said she “had to have it.” For those of you unfamiliar with Little People, they are made by Fisher-Price. McKenna started receiving Little People toys and accessories as gifts when she turned one, and she loves to play with them. They make great gifts for children ages 1-5. Read more
