Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is having an awesome week so far. It has been exactly one week since I had my shoulder surgery. For those of you that don’t know, I had a torn labrum which I got repaired. I am feeling much better, however I have to wear a massive black sling for the next five weeks. Knowing that I would be in a sling, I went shopping for some dresses that would be easy for me to get my shoulder in and out of. In my search I found this casual pastel dress.
Let me first off start by saying why I love this dress; the material is so soft, it literally feels like cashmere on my skin. I could sleep in this dress because it is so soft and comfortable. The flowy-ness of the dress will keep you cool in the hot summer months, and it goes great with nude accessories. I am huge fan of the large arm holes, which makes it super easy for me to get this casual pastel dress on and off. I basically have been living in this dress since I am still recovering from surgery.
One of the other reasons why I love this dress is the price. The dress is only $13, yes that is right $13! I think that is a steal! This dress also comes in burgundy and light blue. I am about to order it in those colors as well.
I paired this casual pastel dress with my go-to sandals of this spring by Steve Madden. You will notice I always have them on repeat because they go with everything. I also accessorized with my blue Dior Graphic Sunglasses (they also come in pink) and my Louis Vuitton Neverfull (which also doubles as McKenna’s diaper bag). Last but not least, I finished off my look with one of my favorite pair of Kendra Scott earrings, which were a Mother’s Day Gift from my parents last year.
Speaking of Mother’s Day I just realized that is this weekend! What does everyone have planned? Since I still recovering from surgery my grandparents and parents are coming to visit me and McKenna to celebrate. When my family comes to town it is always a great time, so we are looking forward to it.
