With the kids back in school and life back into somewhat of a normal routine, I have had a little more time to focus on myself and my health. I have had time to go to the gym a few times a week, actually stick to a low carb diet, and squeeze in a little #SelfCareSunday in here and there. I have been feeling awesome, but realized I could still do more. So, I decided I needed to start taking a daily vitamin. After doing lots of research, I turned to Bayer One A Day® Women’s multivitamin.
I chose One A Day Women’s because it is formulated to support the following:
- Bone Health with Calcium and Vitamin D
- Physical Energy with all 8 B-Vitamins and Chromium
- Heart Health with Vitamins B6, B12, C, E, and Folic Acid
- Immune Health with Vitamins A, C, D, E, Selenium, and Zinc
- Hair, Skin, and Nails with Vitamins A, C, E, Biotin, Copper, and Zinc
As you can see One A Day Women’s has so many great benefits. It is also free of artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, fish/crustacean shellfish allergens, and High Fructose Corn Syrup. I take one tablet daily with food, and incorporated it into my routine by taking it at dinner time.
Nutrition can seem overwhelming. Even if you eat well, you might need more of key nutrients including Vitamins A, C, D, & E. One A Day can help fill this nutrient gap.
Since I have not only my health, but my husband and children’s health to worry about, I decided we all should be taking a daily multivitamin. Since Bayer also makes vitamins for men and children, I picked up One A Day Men’s for my husband, Randy, and FlintstonesÔ Complete Gummies for my four-year old daughter, McKenna.
My husband, who also works out regularly and has a balanced diet, was able to easily add in taking One A Day Men’s multivitamins to his daily routine. He keeps them on the counter next to our coffee maker so that he always remembers to take one in the morning with his breakfast while he is making himself a cup of Joe.
When I told McKenna she had to start taking a daily vitamin she was not too happy because in her mind taking vitamins was yucky. Once I showed her the Flintstones Complete Gummies she got excited. McKenna is a picky eater, but she couldn’t wait to try them because she loves anything gummy. After she tried them, she said that she liked them a lot, so luckily, I have no issues with getting her to take her vitamins. She takes her vitamins with me every evening at dinner.
As a regular shopper at Walmart, they make shopping for products like Bayer Vitamins so easy with their Online Grocery Pickup & Delivery Service. I like shopping in the Walmart App, it makes finding the items I need quick and simple. I just searched for “Bayer Vitamins” and added them to my cart. At checkout I selected same day pick up. Once I arrived at my local Walmart there was no need to get out of my vehicle because one of the friendly staff members delivered my items to me while I waited in my car. This is such a convenient option to have, especially with kids, plus, it is a free service. If you choose to shop in store, you can find Bayer Vitamins in the vitamin aisle.
Incorporating Bayer multivitamins into our family’s daily routine was a piece of cake. I am so happy that we added this to our routine because we are easily able to help fill nutrient gaps. Do you or your family members take a daily multivitamin? If not, you should consider it! Don’t forget to shop Bayer’s full range of multivitamins at Walmart.
