A Dress that Can be Worn Before & After Baby Featuring PinkBlush + Giveaway!

After having McKenna (and gaining 50 lbs) I was not feeling my best. The lack of sleep and having a C-section also fed into me wanting to wear my maternity clothes even though I was no longer pregnant. When you are a first time mom taking care of a baby around the clock, you always put their needs before yours. The one priority I did have was getting as much sleep as I could. When it was time for me to go to events, I picked out outfits that required little effort to look good and didn’t bother my C-section scar which was still healing. Since it was in the middle of holiday season when I had McKenna, I looked for clothing that could be worn before and after I had her. One company that is taking all of this into consideration is PinkBlush.

PinkBlush is an online boutique that specializes in maternity clothing, but they also carry a separate non-maternity women’s line that has a lot of transitional pieces. Their women’s line has dresses and other attire that you can still look chic in post baby, or pre baby for that matter.

I wish I would have known about PinkBlush while I was pregnant. The next time I am, I will be ordering items from their maternity line. PinkBlush also carries some really cute baby clothing and baby accessories.

I’m wearing the Pink Floral Chiffon Maxi Dress from the women’s line. I paired it with suede fringed heels and statement earrings. This dress would also look great with a leather moto jacket and some strappy flats. I also really like this lace dress and this wrap dress.
