Gift Guide for Toddlers – 2021

Gift Ideas/ Toys

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.

If you have a toddler to buy for, then you will definitely want to read this post! There are so many great gifts out there for kids this holiday season. So, I wanted to round up some of my faves for toddlers on the blog for you guys. Rylan, who is three years old, will be helping me out on today’s post. For my Gift Guide for Toddlers, we are sharing items from Stride Rite, Running Press, and Green Toys.

Surprize by Stride Rite

When it comes to shoes for my girls, 90% of the time they are wearing a pair by Stride Rite. Stride Rite has been around since 1919. They design innovative children’s footwear based on current trends and the latest knowledge behind healthy foot development. Their shoes help build strength, coordination, and confidence throughout every step of childhood. Surprize by Stride Rite is sold exclusively at Target. They seasonal styles are “Fit for Every Step.” Rylan is wearing The Corissa which is available only on Target.com. In addition to silver, they are also available in black. They look adorable on, and Rylan has been wearing them non-stop. These toddler shoes are also machine washable which is fantastic!

A Child’s Introduction to the Nutcracker

One thing all of my girls have in common is their love for books. Since Rylan takes ballet, she especially loves the story of The Nutcracker. A Child’s Introduction to the Nutcracker from Running Press is by Heather Alexander and illustrated by Amelie Videlo. This book is more than a retelling of the seasonal story; it helps young readers see all the people, all the creativity, and all the diversity that has contributed to making this ballet such an integral part of the holiday season. It is also packed with colorful illustrations, fun facts, history, music, and the love of dance. As someone who danced all of their life, and even danced in my local ballet company’s performance of The Nutcracker, this book holds a special place in my heart. I really enjoyed reading it to Rylan, and talking about ballet along the way.

Green Toys

Last but not least, a toddler gift guide wouldn’t be complete without toys. This Best for Baby toy bundle from Green Toys includes four of their best selling products: a Tugboat, a Race Car, a Twist Teether, and the Brave Little Tugboat book. Green Toys are made in the United States of 100% recycled materials. They are an eco-friendly company with a commitment to sustainability. The Tugboat is great for scoop-and-pour bath fun, the Race Car is sized just right for little hands, the Twist Teether is lightweight and easy-to-grasp, and Brave Little Tugboat, a fully illustrated board book follows Little Tug’s adventures in the big harbor. All of these toys are made of 100% recycled plastic and 100% recycle paper for the book. The toys are dishwasher safe. They are also safe for teething babies because they have no small parts or external coatings. This is great as we also have a teething baby in the house who can play with these toys too!
