In our city, the tap water doesn’t taste as good as bottled water. I am not sure what makes it taste the way it does, but our family chooses to drink bottled water instead of drinking water from the tap. That being said, as a breastfeeding mom, I always have a bottle of water with me wherever I go. The last thing I want to do is get dehydrated or decrease my milk supply.
