On the Go with OXO Tot

In several of my posts, I have talked about traveling with McKenna. I enjoy taking her places, however; packing for trips and making sure I have all essential items can be very stressful at times. I am willing to try anything that will make my traveling experiences with McKenna less hectic. I am happy to announce that I have teamed up with one of my favorite companies, OXO, to review some of their OXO Tot products. McKenna and I have been able to utilize these products while we were out and about. Below are the six OXO Tot products and how they have made our life on the go a little less hectic.

Handy Stroller Hook – Many times when we go out for walks in our neighborhood or shopping, Romy, our yorkshire terrier, is riding in the small compartment below the stroller, so this stroller hook does come in very handy. 🙂 This hook adds extra storage to our stroller since there is very little room to store bags. It easily hooks onto the stroller handle and is great to use when shopping. Several items can be fitted on the hook and the rubber grip prevents the bags from sliding. Your child can also use the stroller hook as a handle to hold on while walking if they are not in the stroller. McKenna was able to hold on to the hook while we were out for a stroll so she could walk Romy on her leash.

Flippy™ Snack Cup with Travel Cover – One of McKenna’s favorite snacks that we always pack are Goldfish cheese crackers. Since I do not want to tote around the entire large bag of Goldfish crackers, I pack a smaller amount in this handy travel cup. I used to place them in a plastic bag which isn’t all that safe for a toddler. This snack cup works great for holding multiple type of snacks. The flexible lid is big enough for your toddler’s hands to fit through, but small enough to keep their snacks inside. It also comes with a travel cover to keep McKenna’s favorite snacks fresh.

On-the-Go Wipes Dispenser with Diaper Pouch – This product is great! I absolutely hate traveling with a huge package of wipes because they are heavy and bulky in my diaper bag.  I always find myself digging in the bottom of the diaper bag looking for a diaper.  This diaper pouch fits up to five diapers and prevents them from being crumpled in your bag.  It has a nonslip handle so you can attach it to a stroller or the outside of a diaper bag.

Cleaning Set For Straw & Sippy Cups – This set comes with three types of brushes on a detachable ring. I have several OXO Tot sippy cups, so the separate brushes work well with the different types of cups. The various brushes clean those hard to reach crevices in the cup tops.

Transitions Soft Spout Sippy Cup Set – Of all the products that we sampled, this was one of my favorites. I like how the cup is made to grow with your child. The best part was the flip top cover on the sippy cup lid. The cover stays attached to the lid so you don’t have to go searching for a cover whenever you want to take the cup on the go. While we were at brunch one day, we had a few patrons inquire about the cup because they liked how the cap was attached. Its sippy cup top also prevents it from leaking in your diaper bag. It also has two handles that can be detached once your child transitions to the regular lid.

2-in-1 Go Potty™ with Travel Bag – McKenna has not started potty training yet, but she did like pretending to sit on the potty like a big girl. My parents recently bought a camper so this 2-in-1 Go Potty will really come in useful on our camping trips, whether she has to go outside or while we are in the camper. This potty comes with a bag to store it in while traveling and it also comes with disposal bags in case of potty emergencies. It can easily switch positions by holding down the gray buttons and moving the legs. The legs also fold down so it doesn’t take up too much space when being stored.
