Well we are officially in week two of the New Year and I still haven’t gone to the gym. I have however been making healthier meal choices and going to bed earlier which has attributed to me losing four pounds so far this year. 🙂 Hopefully I can kick my butt into gear and go to the gym soon. Unfortunately, Dallas doesn’t have many gyms that offer childcare in my area, so being a single parent; I will have to try to find time to go to the gym during my lunch breaks. I will keep you posted on how that goes. Until I can shed more of my holiday pounds I am going to continue to wear darker colors. Which led me to choosing this bell sleeve black dress, which is perfect for date night. Read more
I hope everyone had a great and safe New Year! The holidays flew by way too fast for my liking! I know lots of people are making New Year’s resolutions, and many of them include loosing weight. I plan to shed some pounds starting tomorrow because I am eating a delicious cookie as I am typing this. I woke up super early this morning because I drove in from Houston, and I needed to make it into work on time. So, I essentially am giving myself a free pass until I can get back to my normal work/life schedule. Read more
